DistillDeck is an AI-powered platform that connects to your data sources and generates presentation-ready slide decks. Our service is currently in beta, and features may change as we continue development. During the pre-launch period, access to the DistillDeck application is limited to beta testers and waitlist members who receive an invitation.

User Accounts

When accounts become available, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your information up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DistillDeck only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights

Pricing details shown on our website represent planned pricing and are subject to change before general availability. Waitlist members may receive early pricing guarantees as described at the time of signup. Specific billing terms will be provided when paid plans become available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DistillDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
